A single house of craft
Our sewing shop, down-processing and filling line sit together on a 20,000 m² site at the heart of Hungary’s duck and goose country — so every quality criterion is checked in-house, by us.
Warmth, quality and ethics, in that order — handcrafted down made the way it has been in Hungary for generations, held to standards we can prove.
“Respect for the animal isn’t only ethical — in Hungary it’s traditional. The welfare of the bird is written directly into the quality of its down.”

Tightly woven, down-proof 100% cotton certified to OEKO-TEX Standard 100, filled with Hungarian down chosen over years for loft, resilience and an ethical, verifiable origin.
Feathers and down are by-products of meat processing — an animal is never raised for its plumage. We never use down from force-fed or live-plucked birds. Our down is SafeDown certified.
The making of a down product is a complex thing — cutting, sewing, down-processing and filling each demand real expertise. We’re fortunate to work with trained seamstresses and specialists who carry decades of experience, organising production to strict Swedish and German know-how.
It’s slower than the alternative. It’s also the only way to make a duvet that lasts a lifetime.
